Design Jobs

Illustration Commission

Fee: £1000

Application Deadline: Friday 4 September, 5pm

NYMAZ is a youth music development charity which champions the transformative potential of music for children and young people. Working with our trusted partners, we deliver high quality music-making activities across North Yorkshire to those in challenging circumstances, including rural isolation. We are a strategic partner of the North Yorkshire Music Hub, and act as the ‘signposting’ partner for the Hub. We also work nationally, supporting Music Education Hubs to deliver more of their services online, through the Connect: Resound project www.connectresound.org.uk

Here is some basic information on the upcoming commission brief:

NYMAZ are commissioning an illustrator to create a set of eight dynamic and engaging illustrations for use on the Connect: Resound printed and electronic resources. This will include: e-newsletters, websites, reports and briefings. We will be using these images in this context for the next ten years*.

We want the illustrations to reflect the exciting and broad range of activities supported by Connect: Resound, and reflect the joy of music making, communication, and challenges faced within this area of online digital music learning.

If you would like more information on this paid opportunity and how to apply please visit: https://www.nymaz.org.uk/news/post/connect-resound-illustration-brief
